Rules for Use of My Stock

Hi, thank you for your interest in my stock!
I reserve the right to change/alter/amend/add to these rules at any time I feel is necessary without prior notice to the users of these stocks/resources, or anyone else. Any change will be effective at the time it's made, unless I inform you otherwise. This means that at the time I make a change to the rules, if a work you have made with my resources violates my rules because of the change, you are ok to leave the work as-is unless I contact you and ask you to change it.

STOCK CREDIT

Always credit me if you have used any of my stock (including WIP's and close-ups) with a DIRECT link. You MUST include a link to either my profile OR the artwork used in the artist description where you have used my stock:

I NEED YOUR HELP AGAINST A THIEFROSERIC http://roseric.deviantart.com/ has open a blog http://roseric.centerblog.net/ to stole THOUSANDS Deviant artworks (about 120 000). She don't put any link , don't ask any permission, but arase the signatures, put hers, and invite everybody to use them.
In spite of all the warnings she get, from me and many other deviants, she didn't stop. She only removed a few pictures.
You may help me in the purpose to obtain the closure of her blog, by contacting the French host: http://www.tigersun.fr/contact and ask him for the closure of the incriminated blog. Here is the mail I sent to him (in French):

Firstly, I would like to say that I am new to this stock images. I love making costumes and acting. But I really love seeing what wonders digital artists come up with using stock images that others have put up. So I figured, might as well try my hand it, even if it is to get comments and pointers for my costumes!
So, rules for using my stock (which I'm sure everyone knows):
1. Please tell me and send me a link of your work if you use one of my stock images; Either on the actual image or as a comment here.
2. Credit me in your description.
3. Let me know if you intend on using the image outside Deviant Art; you will need my permission.
4. The images are for art purposes - please don't take them as they are and claim them as your own.
That's about it for now.
Please be patient with me for the time being - remember, newbie. I hope to get a portfolio running soon enough.

The updated stock usage rules for 2012

"I hereby grant all DeviantArtists permission to use my stock in any and all Deviant Prints without restriction."

You may use these images as you see fit except as follows:
- If you violate any of these rules or violate any of my copyrights you are prohibited entirely, forever, from using any of my stock in any way, shape, or form - commercially or otherwise.
- Do not simply upload them to a pay site. These images are for photo compositors and artists; they are not to be used as content in and of themselves.
- You may use the stock images commercially and outside of DA. Please link me your use and please keep it tasteful. Do not defame or insult the models in your work.
- The models in my images are real human beings with real feelings. Please be considerate of how the models might see themselves.
- These images are mostly un-retouched - though they may be color-corrected - and are at high resolution. I did not go and remove dust-spots, skin blemishes, etc. Please clean that stuff up in post-work and make the models look good!Also: don't think I do not know how to produce a good photo; these are intended as raw stock.
- I often forward copies of pictures to the models that aren't on DA but who have expressed an interest in seeing what you do with them. Some of the models may choose to use your images in their personal portfolios. If you have a problem with that, warn me.
- You are allowed to repost works based on my stock in other places (personal websites, contests, whatever) than DA but please maintain a credit to me where appropriate. this was how I read it:

So I read it as I can use the stock as I see fit except commercially @_@ Sorry about that!
